Celebrate YOU always ...Why We're not about 'anti-ageing

At the age I am now, I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin than I ever have before.

I know that I am so much more than my appearance, and I am grateful for the journey that has brought me to this place of self-love and acceptance.

Over the last decade or so, I began to embrace my imperfections and quirks.

Was it easy? No.

But with age comes wisdom and I stopped trying to fit into a narrow definition of beauty and started celebrating my own unique style.

Today I simply wanted to remind you that you're beautiful, just the way you are 😍

Ageing is an inevitable part of life. No matter how much we try to fight against it, there's no stopping the clock from ticking.

As we get older, our bodies change, and we start to see signs of ageing on our skin, in our hair, and even in the way we move. But ageing is not something to be feared or avoided. Instead, we should embrace it and celebrate it as a natural part of our journey.

Unfortunately, there is often pressure from society to look younger and fight against the natural process of ageing. The beauty industry is filled with products and services promising to help us turn back the clock, and the media is saturated with images of youthful-looking celebrities and models. But at the end of the day, is this really what we should be striving for?

At reluminate beauty, we believe that every person is beautiful and unique, and we want to help you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, no matter your age.  We want to inpire you to celebrate you always ... just the way you are.

There are many reasons why we celebrate ageing, and here are just a few of them:

1. It's a sign of a life well-lived.

Every wrinkle, every grey hair, and every age spot is a sign that you've lived a full life. You've laughed, you've loved, you've experienced joy and sorrow. Your body reflects all the experiences you've had, and that's something to be proud of. Each line on your face tells a story, and that story is a beautiful one.

2. Ageing is a natural part of life

Ageing is not something to be feared or avoided. It's a natural part of life, and it happens to everyone. Instead of fighting against it, we should embrace it and celebrate it as a natural part of our journey. As we age, we gain wisdom, experience, and a deeper appreciation for life. It's a time to reflect on our accomplishments and cherish our memories.

3. We're all beautiful in our own way.

There is no one-size-fits-all definition of beauty. Every person is unique, and that's what makes us all beautiful. Instead of trying to fit into someone else's idea of what's beautiful, we should celebrate our individuality and embrace our own unique beauty. We should celebrate our diversity and recognise that we all have something special to offer.

At reluminate beauty , our focus is on enhancing your natural beauty and making you feel great. We don't want to change who you are or make you look younger. Instead, we want to help you be the best version of yourself, no matter your age. Our skincare range is designed to enhance your natural beauty and help you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.

So, let's shift our focus from "anti-aging" to celebrating ourselves just the way we are. Let's embrace our natural beauty, wisdom, and individuality, and let's inspire others to do the same.

Celebrate YOU always 💗

Together, we can create a world where everyone feels confident and comfortable in their own skin, no matter their age.

So where does skincare fit in?

Skincare supports, nurtures, and feeds your skin with natural ingredients, that leave your skin healthy & radiant.

Skincare is important for keeping your skin in top condition.

But beauty is more than skin deep, it goes beyond skincare to care for your whole self — body, mind, and spirit.

We believe the more we nurture & nourish ALL of ourselves – the healthier & happier we will be.

Here are 5 ways to restore your inner balance and nourish your soul today-

1. Smile a lot! Even when you may not feel like it. I like to think of a smile as a gift. Have you noticed when you smile at someone that they usually smile back. It brightens their day and ultimately yours. Bringing a little joy and happiness.

2. Don't sweat the small stuff (I tend to be guilty of this one). It really does create unnecessary stress and negative energy. If it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things simply let it go

3. Don’t put off your passion. Is there something you’d love to try or do? Make your dream happen. Do that online course, start that hobby, or create that succulent garden today.

4. Look at what’s great right now! Are you constantly searching and looking for new things to make you happy? Enjoy & be grateful for what IS here. Being grateful for all the amazing people & things in your life will lift your mood.

5. Be kind. Be patient & forgiving. Make people feel appreciated and valuable. After all that’s what we all want. A simple thank-you or acknowledgment can be all it takes to spread joy today.

Ageing is a natural and beautiful part of life, and we should celebrate it instead of fearing it. It's a sign of a life well-lived, and each wrinkle tells a unique story.
We're all beautiful in our own way, and our individuality should be celebrated.

At reluminate beauty, we believe in enhancing your natural beauty with healthy, nourishing skincare products that make you feel great, no matter your age.

So let's embrace our age and celebrate ourselves just the way we are.

You are special, life is precious and it's to be enjoyed 🌈💕

    Hi Loretta,
What you have written in your blog makes a whole lot of sense to me.
I have been taking drugs for an autoimmune disease for a number of years and have been very conscious of what damage this has done to my skin.
Since using your products I am so much more confident now of a soft, glowing appearance – a new experience! Thank you!
