Treat Dark Circles Under the Eye Naturally

A question we get a lot is how to treat dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.

Dark circles under the lower eyelids are common. They can also be accompanied by puffiness or bags under the eye area.

As we get older, there is a decrease in collagen production, our skin becomes thinner the dark blood vessels beneath our skin become more visible, causing the area below our eyes to look darker.

There is also typically a weakening of the muscles surrounding the eyes and an accumulation of fat and fluids under the eyes making dark circles and puffiness more noticeable.

So yes dark circles are very normal as we get older.

However there are other factors that can cause and/ or worsen your puffiness & dark circles, like  lack of sleep, dehydration, allergies, and genetics.

The beauty industry has conditioned us to simply cover up what we don’t like about our skin without considering why it looks the way it does, but it is best to try and identify the root causes & do what we can to improve under eye dark circles.

It's worth noting that dark circles can also be hereditary, which is difficult treat as you can’t modify genetics. Have a look at your relatives, such as parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or siblings, and if its hereditary we recommend embracing your darker eye tone.

if dark circles or puffiness appear only when you’re run down or tired, it’s a good indication that other factors are at play and it's a good  idea to look at your self-care routine.

Treatment for dark eye circles depends on the underlying cause. However, here are some tips and home remedies that may help-

T\Raw beauty are the only products I have been able to use continually for well over 12 months without developing a reaction. I have hyper sensitive skin and facial rosacia and RAW Beauty is the best product on the market for me. I’ve tried every expensive product on the market and a few cheapies and all have caused issues. Thank you so much for such amazing products.
