Elderflower Face mask

Use 2 teaspoons coconut oil,
1⁄2 tablespoon elderflowers, and
1 teaspoon turmeric powder.

Add a handful of dried elderflower to 4-6 cups of boiling water. Once the heat has reduced to a safe temperature, drape a towel over your head and the bowl. Hold your face 10 centimetres above the water and enjoy the facial steam for 5-10 minutes.

As the steam opens up your pores and helps loosen any buildup of dirt, your skin will benefit from the elderflower’s natural antioxidants and antiviral properties.
